Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order.

What you need to know

  • Orders start processing after payment authorization on business days only.
  • Handling time: 1-1 business days.
  • Estimated transit time: 2-5 business days.
  • Tracking sent by email after dispatch; carrier scans may take 24–48 hours to appear.
  • Split shipments may occur; items can arrive separately with different tracking numbers.
  • Accurate shipping address is required; delivery issues from incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delays from weather, customs, or carrier disruptions can extend delivery estimates.
  • Lost or damaged package? Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.

Order processing

We begin preparing your pieces after payment authorization is confirmed. Processing occurs on business days only and excludes weekends and public holidays.

Handling time

Our standard handling time is 1-1 business days.

Transit time

Once shipped, most orders arrive in 2-5 business days. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping fee

The flat rate for standard shipping is $6.99 per order.

Destination availability

We ship to locations serviced by our carrier partners as shown at checkout. If your address cannot be serviced, we will contact you to update it; if unresolved, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Split shipments

Your order may ship in multiple packages to keep your wardrobe moving. Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times within the overall transit window.

Tracking and notifications

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan, after which movement will display.

Possible delays

Events outside our control—such as severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier network disruptions—can cause delays. We monitor your parcel’s progress and will assist if issues arise.

Address accuracy

To keep your look on schedule, enter your shipping address carefully. Chappalmania is not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist promptly.
