Shipping fees: original shipping is refunded only when Chappalmania is at fault.

Your 2‑Hour Cancellation Window

We move quickly so your look arrives in time for the moment. Our handling time is 1-1 business days, which means we begin preparing orders soon after they’re placed. You may cancel within 2 hours of purchase for the best chance of stopping fulfillment.

Within 2 hours of order	We will attempt to cancel before processing begins. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (shipping refunded only when we’re at fault).
After processing has started	Cancellation is not guaranteed and may no longer be possible, especially if the order is packed or has shipped. You may consider returning the item after delivery per our Returns Policy.

Once Processing Begins

When an order enters processing, we can no longer promise a successful cancellation. If the parcel has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. In that case, you can submit a return after delivery according to our Returns Policy. Original shipping is refundable only when Chappalmania is at fault.

How to Request a Cancellation

Locate your order number in your confirmation email.
Email [email protected] within 2 hours of purchase.
Use the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”.
Include your full name and the reason for cancellation in the email body.

We’ll reply to confirm whether the cancellation was successful or if processing has already begun.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before paying. We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot guarantee edits once processing begins. Orders delayed, undeliverable, or returned due to address errors are the customer’s responsibility, including any shipping charges.
