One simple rule: your billing address must match your card issuer records.

What you need to know

• We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, and Airwallex.
• All orders are charged in USD; taxes appear at checkout where applicable.
• Your checkout is encrypted in transit; we do not store full card numbers on our storefront.
• If a payment fails: verify billing details, try again, or contact [email protected].
• For smooth processing, the billing name and address must match your card issuer records.

Accepted payment methods

Prices and charges are in USD. Taxes are shown at checkout, where applicable, before you confirm payment.

Checkout security

Your payment details travel over encrypted (TLS) connections to protect them in transit. We do not store full card numbers on our storefront; our approved payment partners handle secure authorization and processing.

Troubleshooting a failed payment

• Double-check card number, expiration date, and CVC.
• Confirm the billing name and address match your card issuer’s records.
• Check available funds or bank security alerts, then try again.
• Try another accepted method: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex.
• If it still doesn’t go through, contact your bank, then email [email protected] with your order attempt details.

Billing address match requirement

For your protection and to prevent delays, the billing address you enter must exactly match the address on file with your card issuer.
