What you need to know

  • Eligible when an item is defective, damaged, wrong item/size shipped, or significantly different from description.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in original packaging where possible.
  • Clear photos are required: the issue, the size tag, and full front/back.
  • We cover return shipping if it’s our error; customers cover it for change-of-mind returns.
  • No restocking fee. Original shipping is refunded only if we’re at fault.
  • Exchanges available when stock allows.
  • Approval emails arrive within 1–2 business days. Refunds process 5–7 business days after inspection, then 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Eligibility and timing

Returns are accepted for 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier. Please start the process as soon as you decide to return so your pieces come back in runway-ready condition.

Eligible reasons

  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Wrong size shipped (different from what you ordered)
  • Significantly different from the product description or photos

Item condition requirements

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging where possible (e.g., poly bag, hanger)

What we cannot accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items returned with odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Claims based only on minor cosmetic variations due to lighting or screen settings

Photo and proof requirements

  • Clear, well‑lit close-up of the issue (defect/damage)
  • Photo of the size tag and style label
  • Full front and back photos of the garment
  • For shipping damage: include packaging and shipping label photos

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
  2. In the message, include: the reason for return, preferred resolution (refund or exchange), and required photos.
  3. Wait for our approval email. If it’s our error, we’ll send a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, please ship with a tracked carrier and share the tracking number.
  4. Pack the item securely with tags intact and any original inserts or packaging you still have.
  5. Once received, we inspect the item. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days; exchanges are processed as soon as stock is confirmed.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for another size or color when available. If the exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock, we will proceed with a refund per the policy above. For returns due to our error, we cover the return shipping for the exchange. For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping; a new order may be required if the desired item differs in price or availability.
